Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of a 1st Line of Defense risk management framework
Engage with business leaders and regulators to ensure compliance and effective risk management
Develop and maintain risk governance models and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data & Analytics or similar
10+ years of experience in risk and internal control or a similar field
Experience in Consumer Banking and specific business areas like Deposits & Payments or Mortgage & Consumer Finance
Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and build frameworks from the ground up
Experience in large bank environments and acquisition/integration processes
