OXBO are proud to be partnering with a leading international powerhouse who are looking for an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to join their team. Backed by decades of international experience, they are expanding their footprint in renewable energy projects across Europe.

The Role

As Commercial Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the financial performance of the company's Solar / Onshore Wind and BESS assets. You'll act as the link between the technical operations and financial outcomes and will ensure assets are performing optimally, risks are managed, and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of operational assets (revenues, costs, profitability).
• Manage and administer offtake contracts (PPAs, cPPAs, CfDs, BESS contracts), ensuring compliance.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Oversee insurance coverage and claims for operational sites.
• Monitor solar and renewable asset performance to optimize energy output.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, environmental, and regulatory obligations.
• Build and manage relationships with O&M providers, consultants, and contractors.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business development teams to achieve growth goals.

Requirements
• Degree in engineering, renewable energy, business administration, or a related field preferred; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of UK experience in asset management with a focus on solar energy / BESS or Onshore Wind preferred.
• Familiarity with asset management software.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
