• Project Coordination and Process Improvement: Support the core team in managing projects, coordinating key initiatives, and enhancing internal processes.
• Talent Onboarding and Engagement: Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing interns and volunteers across different projects.
• Digital Communication Strategy: Develop and implement content creation and scheduling plans across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to amplify climate action efforts.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Contribute to campaign planning, implementation, SEO strategies, email marketing, and digital engagement.
• Visual Communications and Narrative Development: Design compelling visuals for social media, reports, presentations, and outreach campaigns, and develop narratives, articles, blogs, and newsletters that drive awareness and engagement.
• Partnership Building and Human Resources Support: Identify and build collaborations with corporates, NGOs, and startups aligned with our mission, and support the human resources department in various functions.
• Media Production and Website Development: Support our initiatives and interview series by creating compelling multimedia content and assist in website development, updates and security integrations.
