beBee Careers is seeking passionate individuals for Climate Action Leadership roles in Amritsar, Punjab. Responsibilities include operations management, team management, social media strategy, digital marketing, graphic design, content creation, business development, HR support, multimedia content production, and web development. The position offers hands-on experience in sustainability projects, networking opportunities, and potential future roles with partner startups. This is a full-time position and not remote.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in various capacities. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to real climate action projects.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Founders' Office - Operations Management: Collaborate with the core team to manage projects, coordinate key initiatives, and improve internal processes.
• Founders' Office - Team Management: Assist in onboarding, engaging, and managing interns and volunteers across different projects.
• Social Media Interns: Develop and implement content strategies to amplify climate action efforts on social media platforms.
• Digital Marketing Interns: Contribute to campaign execution, SEO strategies, email marketing, and digital engagement.
• Graphics Interns: Design captivating visuals for social media, reports, presentations, and outreach campaigns.
• Content Strategist / Storytelling Interns: Craft compelling narratives, articles, blogs, and newsletters that drive awareness and engagement in climate action.
• Business Development - Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish collaborations with corporates, NGOs, and startups aligned with our mission.
• Human Resource Interns: Support the human resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Journalism/Video Production Intern: Support our initiatives and interview series by creating engaging multimedia content.
• Web Development Intern: Collaborate on website development, updates, and security integrations, built on WordPress (later to be shifted to Java/HTML).
