Michael Page is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for their environmental division in Newton, MA. The role involves developing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team. My client is a market leader in organic waste collection and services to transform waste into renewable energy. They have a one of a kind business model and outstanding investment from a world renowned investment firm. They are at the forefront of the green revolution with no cap in sight. Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Respond to and develop new opportunities - by creating programs for new and existing clients.
• Work closely with sales team to respond to inquiries, create proposals, onboard and train new clients, and execute account management tasks.
• Have an in depth and full understanding of customer needs to develop in depth processes.
• Response quickly to client inquiries and issues.
• Work with and quarterback internal stakeholders and team to deliver best in class solutions for clients.
• Implement effective and consistently improve customer training programs.
• Maintain all activities in salesforce system.

The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
A successful Client Relationship Manager should have:
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of client interfacing experience.
• Ideal candidate has a background in waste programs / services, environmental services or renewable energy.
• Background in waste or environmental logistics a huge plus.
• Background in organic waste a huge plus.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team - role will not currently have a team, but likely to in the future.
• P&L an financial acumen to manage a budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A results-driven approach and commitment to achieving programs for clients.
• 25% willingness to travel to customers.

• A competitive salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 USD.
