Civil and Environmental Designer

IntWork is seeking a highly skilled Civil and Environmental Designer to join our team. As an expert in environmental engineering, you will play a key role in designing and developing landfill systems that meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in civil/environmental design and a degree in Environmental, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering. Familiarity with geology, hydrogeology, soil science, construction, specification preparation, pumping system design, and Engineering Intern (EI) or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and developing landfill systems, from concept through completion;
• Collaborating with clients on project design, rehabilitation, and closure of landfill cells;
• Evaluating water quality data and protecting surface and groundwater resources.
