We are seeking an Estimator with experience in Civil Projects who is detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role designing, planning, estimating and coordinating civil projects.
• Requires experience managing natural environments like hillsides, water reservoirs, mountain ridges, special habitats and other components that intertwine with the infrastructure of True Enterprises' projects.
• Must have a thorough understanding of access rights, erosion control, grading, legal regulations, and public impact.
• Requires the ability to identify appropriate heavy equipment needed for the project.
• Keenly aware of and proactively prepared for unforeseen challenges and hurdles, which often create unforeseen schedules and cost overruns.

Qualifications
• 10 years’ experience in construction estimating, cost control, and project management principles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cost control methods and project management practices.
• Ability to develop and effectively communicate pricing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
