Project Manager - Civil & Environmental Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our team in designing and executing civil and environmental right-of-way access solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and estimate solutions for projects, working closely with sales teams.
• Map out temporary right-of-way access solutions, attending pre-bid, pre-construction, and site visits.
• Estimate labor, equipment, and materials needed for projects, developing execution plans and schedules.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years' experience in Estimating/Project Management.
• Strong understanding of civil and environmental construction methodologies and principles.
