Certified Plant Mechanic/Chiller Operator/Boiler

Santos Knight Frank is hiring a Certified Plant Mechanic/Chiller Operator/Boiler in Taguig City, Philippines. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring plant equipment, performing maintenance, and managing utility consumption. The role requires meeting customer expectations and involves a shift system. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of Php24,500 per month, along with supplemental pay like a 13th month salary and overtime.
Major Responsibilities:
• Meets and exceeds customers and team members' expectations.
• Daily routine operation, monitoring, and recording of major plant equipment to ensure that operations are carried out safely and conforms to the procedures and standards.
• a. Power Center (Genset, etc.)
• b. Boilers, heat pumps
• c. Chiller and Cooling Towers
• d. Water Distribution Pumping System
• e. Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance program on equipment as applicable coordinated and assigned by the AEM for Maintenance
• Performs minor rectification works of the equipment.
• Keeps immediate superior informed of all problems and unusual observations of the plant.
• Monitors and record utilities consumption. As well as managing as advised by the immediate superior.
