Job Description
Lodhran Pilot Project (LPP) is inviting Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to submit Expressions of Interest for a project aimed at strengthening the socio-economic resilience of youth through green skills in Pakistan. Selected CSOs will receive capacity-building support, focusing on promoting TVET, mobilizing youth for training, and enhancing organizational development. The project emphasizes advocacy, community outreach, and ensuring sustainability beyond direct support.

Call for EOIs: LPP invites Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to partner in this project. Selected CSOs will undergo a Training Need Assessment (TNA) followed by tailored capacity-building support. Strengthened CSOs will play a key role in:
Promoting TVET and Green Skills with TVET actors
Mobilizing young boys and girls to participate in green skill training programs
Organizational development(Enhance CSOs’ governance, management, and operational capacities to effectively mobilize youth and marginalized groups)
Technical Training(Equip CSOs with knowledge and tools to promote green vocational training, integrate green skills into local TVET systems, and facilitate industry linkages)
Advocacy & Policy Engagement( Build CSOs’ capacity to participate in evidence-based policy dialogue, influence institutional learning, and advocate for inclusive and sustainable TVET reforms)
Community Outreach Skills(Train CSOs in awareness-raising, enrollment support, and strategies to overcome socio-cultural barriers, especially for women and disadvantaged groups).
Monitoring & Accountability(Strengthen CSOs’ ability to ensure downward accountability, track progress, and measure impact of green skills initiatives).
Sustainability & Ownership(Support CSOs in fostering local ownership, building partnerships with employers and public authorities, and ensuring long-term sustainability beyond direct project support)
Eligibility Criteria:
Interested CSOs must meet the following minimum requirements:
Legally registered under relevant law and operational for at least three years
Active presence in one or more of the following districts:Multan, Lodhran, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar and Rahim Yar Khan
Prior experience working in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector
Education
Proven linkages/collaboration with local or provincial chambers, industries, and industrial bodies for youth employability
Interest in employability initiatives, particularly related to the green economy and skill development
Preferably youth-led, with office bearers and majority membership comprising young people
Willingness to participate in organizational capacity strengthening in TVET and green skills
Commitment to promoting TVET in their communities in collaboration with TVET actor
Undergo due diligence and be recommended by the selection committee
