Job Description

MrBioClean LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for its new eco-friendly cleaning product line in the greater DC area. The role involves promoting non-toxic cleaning solutions, establishing client relationships, and achieving sales goals. Candidates should have sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for sustainability. The position offers commission-based compensation and is hybrid remote, requiring 20-40 hours per week.
MrBioClean is a leading provider of safe, non-toxic cleaning solutions. In partnership with Clean Boss, we are excited to launch a new green product line designed to meet the growing demand for eco-friendly cleaning solutions. Our products are innovative, effective, and safe for both the environment and your health.

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Product Salesperson to promote and sell our new non-toxic green cleaning products in the greater DC area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eco-friendly solutions and will help us expand our customer base by introducing these innovative products to businesses and individuals in the region.

Responsibilities:
• Outreach and establish relationships with businesses, institutions, and other potential clients in the greater DC area.
• Present, demonstrate, and promote the benefits of our new non-toxic cleaning products.
• Develop a strong understanding of the product line and its features.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure product satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Meet and exceed sales goals to earn competitive commissions.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, with a preference for those in the cleaning or green product industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge or interest in eco-friendly products is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• A passion for sustainability and health-conscious products.

Compensation:
• Commission-based with a competitive hourly rate.
• The potential for high earnings based on sales performance.
