Job Description

One Mission Society seeks a Bike Repair Technician in Arezzo, Italy, to repair bicycles and teach others while promoting disciple-making practices. Disciple-Making Bike Repair Technician Role*

At One Mission Society, our vision is to make reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ and equip them to be transformational in their spheres of influence. To achieve this vision, the Bike Repair Technician will model disciple-making practices with individuals and churches in their geographical area, creating a conducive environment for a disciple-making movement.

The bicycle technician will repair bicycles at Agape Bici and teach others how to do so, fostering a sense of community and skills development.

### Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a deepening relationship with Jesus Christ through spiritual disciplines.
• Abide in Christ with team members through regular prayer, fasting, worship, accountability, and other practices.
• Engage in evangelism and help others grow in their faith using OMS-approved processes.
• Work with the Disciple-Making team to plan and execute disciple-making processes in local churches and networks.
• Spiritually prepare churches for partnership with Church Development to reach their local communities.
• Develop new strategies and training opportunities in disciple-making.
• Help plan conferences, trainings, and work with stewardship teams.
• Seek out and recommend resources and processes for broad-based implementation in disciple-making.
• Implement processes for determining translated materials.

Additionally, the Bike Repair Technician will:
• Repair bicycles for people at Agape Bici.
• Manage purchases and inventory of tools and parts needed for repairs.

This role involves raising financial support for salary and expenses through ministry partners.

### Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with disciple-making processes a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of spiritual disciplines and scriptural application.
• Ability to network well with partners.
• Ability to learn local language to an intermediate level.
• Presents themselves well and engages in tasks with enthusiasm.
• Weave the compassion of Christ into all tasks.
• Mechanically inclined, ability to work with one's hands.
