Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Evolve Energy Group, located in Coimbatore/Ahmedabad/AP/Karnataka/Pune. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase sales and market reach. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, conducting market research, collaborating with the marketing team, and preparing sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Strong understanding of the solar energy industry and market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Proficiency in market research and market analysis
• Experience in collaborating with marketing teams and developing sales strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
