BD manager /GR —Indonesia

Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. is seeking a BD Manager for Government Relations in Indonesia. The role involves managing relationships with government entities, monitoring policy changes, and securing project support. Additionally, the manager will lead large-scale project development, including planning, feasibility studies, and team coordination. Strong stakeholder relationships are essential for successful project execution. This is a full-time position with no degree requirement.
Government Relations Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, regulatory bodies, local leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to create a favorable policy environment for the company’s projects.

Monitor and analyze local policy changes, providing policy advice and recommendations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Assist the company in securing government support, funding, and resources for projects, and facilitate smooth approval processes.

Project Development & Management:

Lead the full-cycle development of large-scale projects (including but not limited to energy, infrastructure, etc.), including project initiation, planning, design, bidding, contract negotiation, and implementation.

Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and risk assessments to ensure the successful progression and execution of projects.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all project development phases, including financing, resources, technology, and construction.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficient project execution.
