Job Description

NAB is seeking an Associate Director, Contract Governance in New South Wales, Australia. The role involves establishing a contract governance framework, managing key Public Sector contracts, and fostering customer relationships. In this Associate Director, Contract Governance role you will:
• Establish a strong contract governance framework across the Public sector portfolio, driving best practice contract management across the business.
• Build trusted customer relationships and promoting customer advocacy.
• Deliver robust framework for contract management, uplifting processes across the business and well as taking ownership for key Public Sector contracts
• Establish and maintain best practice operating rhythm for Incident Management and Escalation
• Communicate customer feedback back into product for the continuous improvement and broader product roadmap/strategy
• Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified

What you'll bring
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• An understanding of transactional banking products value proposition, economics, implementation and servicing.
• A demonstrated history of being able to define problems clearly, and work with numerous stakeholders to solve them
• Relevant tertiary qualification (post graduate qualification would be highly regarded)
