Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our compost facility in Phoenix, AZ. This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and implement strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Asset Management: Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize services, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Environmental Compliance: Collaborate with the Corporate Environmental team to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and develop policies to minimize our ecological footprint.
• Safety: Foster a culture of safety within the organization, enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and training employees on emergency procedures.
Qualifications
• An Associate's degree in environmental science, engineering, maintenance, or a related field.
