Responsibilities
• Act as an agronomic advisor for approximately 70 growers in the North Dakota/Minnesota region.

• Manage sustainability and regenerative agriculture projects as assigned.

• Facilitate barley contracting with area growers.

• Schedule farm deliveries throughout the year.

• Collaborate with elevator staff regarding any grower issues.

• Adjust barley contract volumes as policy dictates.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience preferred.

• Work experience in the agricultural business.

• Previous experience working with farmers in crop production.
