Job Description

We are seeking a Regenerative Agriculture Project Manager to focus on the agronomic and technical components of regenerative agricultural projects, working in close partnership with the Senior Manager who oversees project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective project strategies in collaboration with an international team of experts.
• Cultivate strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and research partners locally in Western Canada to ensure projects reflect best practices in agronomy and soil health management.
• Provide technical input to support agronomic decision-making, leveraging your expertise in analyzing publicly available soil and climate data.
• Maintain open communication channels with colleagues and stakeholders across digital collaboration platforms, ensuring effective real-time collaboration.

Requirements
• Degree in agronomy or related field from a recognized university, preferably with advanced qualifications.
• At least 5 years of experience in agricultural production management, with a strong background in regenerative agriculture practices.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
