Carbon Agriculture and Agroforestry Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute initiatives in carbon agriculture, biochar, and agroforestry.
• This role involves spearheading pilot projects to develop sustainable practices in carbon agriculture, biochar, and agroforestry.
• You will oversee project planning, tracking, and coordination across science, operations, technology, and marketing teams.
• An additional responsibility is to build strategic partnerships and improve existing processes.
• Regularly monitoring and reporting project progress to both internal and external stakeholders is also required.
• Staying informed about policy developments, market trends, and innovations in carbon and agri-tech is vital for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• MBA with 3+ years of experience in fields like banking/finance, startups, or climate/sustainability projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in building from scratch (0 to 1) and adapting to changing situations.
• Generalist with exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
