Account Management Associate

Tradition Energy is seeking an Account Management Associate in Stamford, CT. The role involves partnering with Energy Advisors to support client relationships, analyzing energy supply markets, and developing customized reports and strategies for major corporations and municipalities. Account Management

Tradition Energy’s Account Management team is integral to providing advanced, data-driven energy advisory services to major corporations and municipalities. Account Management works in concert with our Energy Advisors, Research, Client Services, and Pricing teams to convert market insights into practical strategies that support clients’ cost management, risk mitigation, and sustainability goals.

We are looking for an analytical, solutions-focused professional who seeks to understand market dynamics, build models, and develop customized energy strategies aligned with both client objectives and our firm’s strategic market outlook.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with Tradition Energy Advisors to support and strengthen relationships with premier clients, Fortune 500 companies, and public-sector entities.

· Monitor, evaluate, and back-test retail energy supply markets to generate actionable insights and product recommendations.

· Develop customized reports, financial models, and executive-level presentations for C-suite stakeholders.

· Deliver clear and concise communication that translates complex market fundamentals into strategic guidance.

· Design and support the implementation of advanced energy strategies, including demand-side management, renewable and sustainability initiatives, demand response, and emissions-related products.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree required

· 1–3 years of experience in energy, finance, consulting, or related analytical field preferred

· Strong analytical, quantitative, and presentation capabilities

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency

· This is an in-office role based at our Stamford, CT headquarters
